摘要
针对当前水果分级方法存在分级效率低、分级的整体效果不理想等问题,提出基于红外热波无损伤检测技术的水果分级方法。首先采用灰度值非线性调整方式实现水果图像细节的增强,利用巴特沃斯滤波原理对水果图像进行滤波处理,来消除图像中的噪声,然后对水果外部特征中的形状,和大小及重量进行提取,建立水果外部品质分级模型;最后利用红外热波无损伤技术和将主成分分析方法建立水果内部品质分级模型,实验结果证明,本文方法提高了水果分级效率,改善了水果分级的效果。
In view of the problems of low classification efficiency and poor overall effect of grading methods,a fruit grading method based on infrared thermal wave nondestructive detection technology is proposed. The gray value of nonlinear adjustment can enhance the image details of fruit,and the fruit image is filtered by Butterworth filter principle to eliminate the noise in the image. Then the external features of the fruit shape,the size and weight are extracted to establish the fruit external quality grading model. Finally,using infrared no damage thermography technology and principal component analysis to build the fruit internal quality grading model. The experimental results show that this method improves the fruit grading efficiency and effect.
