马来酸桂哌齐特对糖尿病周围神经病变患者神经传导速度及循环EPCs数量的影响 被引量:1

Effect of cinepazide maleate on nerve conduction velocity and number of circulating EPCs in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy

摘要 目的:探讨马来酸桂哌齐特对糖尿病周围神经病变患者神经传导速度及循环EPCs数量的影响,分析其治疗可能作用机制。方法:选择2014年5月-2016年12月期间收治的128例糖尿病周围神经病变患者为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组和对照组各64例,观察组接受马来酸桂哌齐特+甲钴胺+硫辛酸治疗的观察组,对照组接受甲钴胺+硫辛酸治疗。比较两组运动神经传导速度及感觉神经传导速度、循环内皮祖细胞(EPCs)数目、临床疗效等指标。结果:观察组有效率93.75%明显高于对照组76.56%(x2=7.479,P<0.05);腓总神经、胫神经、足底神经的运动神经传导速度、感觉神经传导速度明显高于对照组(t=3.165,6.628,3.637,4.760,3.944,5.873,P<0.05);循环EPCs数目明显多于对照组(t=18.037,P<0.05)。结论:马来酸桂哌齐特有助于提高糖尿病周围神经病变患者临床疗效,可能与神经传导速度、增加循环EPCs数量等因素有关。 Objective: To investigate the effect of cinepazide maleate on nerve conduction velocity(NCV) and number of circulating endothelial progenitor cells(EPCs) in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN). Methods: 128 DPN patients in our hospital from May 2014 to December 2016 were selected, and they were divided into observation group and control group by random number table, 64 cases in each group. Observation group received cinepazide maleate, mecobalamine and thioctic acid, while control group was treated with mecobalamine and thioctic acid. The motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV), sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV), number of EPCs, clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results: The effective rate of observation group was 93.75%, which was higher than 76.56% of control group(x2=7.479, P〈0.05); The MNCV of common peroneal nerve, tibial nerve, plantar nerve, SNCV in observation group were higher than those in control group(t=3.165, 6.628, 3.637, 4.760, 3.944, 5.873, P〈0.05); The number of circulating EPCs in observation group was more than that in control group(t=18.037, P〈0.05). Conclusion: Cinepazide maleate for DPN patients can increase clinical efficacy, which possibly has relation to NCV and increase of number of circulating EPCs.
