摘要
备自投是内桥变电站内一种重要的安全自动装置,完善的备自投逻辑能够在工作电源失去后快速恢复对无故障设备的供电,又能避免合于故障,防止对电气设备产生二次故障冲击。以本地区110kV内桥接线变电站典型的进线备自投方式1为例,探讨了发生不同故障时的备自投动作行为,分析了进线备自投逻辑存在的隐患,结果表明:1#主变差动保护范围内发生故障,若工作电源断路器拒动会引起不必要的全站停电,若桥断路器拒动会造成备自投合于故障;2#主变差动保护范围内出现故障,若桥断路器拒动或紧接着发生1#工作进线失电,均会造成备自投合于故障;若工作电源断路器偷跳,通过备自投动作可以恢复变电站正常供电,若桥断路器偷跳可能出现10kVⅡ段母线全停,也可能造成1#主变过负荷。据此,提出了改进的进线备自投逻辑,详细分析了该改进逻辑在上述不同故障时的动作行为,讨论了适应于该改进逻辑的备自投装置硬件回路的实现方式,以最大程度提高终端变电站的供电可靠性。
Busbar automatic transfer switch(BATS)is an important automatic-security device in inner bridging wiring substations.The perfect logic of BATS should not only restore the power supply to the equipment without fault quickly but also avoid closing on fault to prevent secondary failure of electrical equipment after losing the main power supply.The action behaviors of typical inlet BATS mode 1 in 110 kV substations under different faults are discussed as an example,and the existing hidden danger is analyzed.The results show that if the main power supply circuit breaker fails will cause the unnecessary substation outage and if the bridge circuit breaker fails will lead closing on fault when the fault occurs in the range of1#transformer differential protection.When the fault occurs in the range of 2#transformer differential protection,the bridge circuit breaker fails or the power loss of 1#working inlet will both lead the closing on fault.The BATS will restore the power supply when the main circuit breaker trips without fault,but when the bridge circuit breaker trips without fault will cause the power loss of 10 kV busⅡor lead the overload of 1#transformer.An improved logic of inlet BATS which increases the power supply reliability of the terminal substations to the greatest extent is proposed.The action behaviors of the improved logic are analyzed under different faults which mentioned above,and the implementation of BATS device’s hardware loops adapted to the improved logic are discussed further.
