摘要
以太阳能薄板为研究对象,介绍了一种利用SolidWorks和RobotStudio构建机器人搬运工作站的虚拟仿真方法。首先,根据工件加工工艺和生产流程,构建了机器人搬运工作站的空间布局,利用SolidWorks设计搬运工作站的三维仿真模型,分析构建搬运工作站的基本流程;其次,创建仿真运行I/O信号和动态Smart组件实施动画效果;最后,离线编制机器人搬运仿真程序。仿真结果表明,该设计方案与实际生产同步,为设计者和管理者提供了搬运工作站的理论依据和试验平台,可实现搬运作业,降低了工作站设计、调试的成本,提高了生产效率。
This paper presents a method of simulation scheme of robot transport workstation using SolidWorks and RobotStudio for solar sheet.First,the spatial distribution of the robot transport workstation is constructed based on workpiece machining process and production process.SolidWorks is used for designing the 3 Dsimulation model and then analyzing the working process of the workstation.Then the simulation run I/O signal and dynamic smart component are created to implement the animation effect.Finally,the robot transport simulation program is compiled off-line.The simulation results show that the design scheme is synchronized with the actual production,which provides designers and managers a theoretical basis and experimental platform for transport workstation.The workstation can achieve transport operations,reduce the cost of workstation design and commissioning,and improve production efficiency.
