煤液化柴油对润滑性添加剂的感受性试验 被引量:1

摘要 以煤直接液化柴油、煤间接液化柴油和煤液化调和柴油为原料,分别以不同比例加入4种润滑性添加剂,测试调和后柴油的润滑性,考察煤液化柴油对润滑性添加剂的感受性。结果表明:煤直接液化柴油、煤间接液化柴油和煤液化调和柴油对润滑性添加剂均有良好的感受性,添加剂对柴油的密度和运动黏度影响不大;酸型添加剂使柴油的酸度增加,酯型添加剂对柴油的酸度几乎没有影响。 Four different lubricating additives were added separately into synthetic diesels, derived from direct orindirect coal liquefaction, or their mixture, with different percentage. The impacts of those lubricating additives onsynthetic diesels were investigated by testing the lubricity of the mixtures. The results indicated that all lubricatingadditives could increase the lubricity of all three types of synthetic diesel, all additives had negligible impacts on thedensity and kinetic viscosity of the synthetic diesel. In general, the acidic additives will increase the acidity of the diesel,while the ester-type additives have negligible impact on the acidity.
