大型离心式冷水机组变工况性能分析与试验研究 被引量:9

摘要 对名义制冷量为800 Rt的离心式冷水机组在不同蒸发温度、冷凝温度和负荷率条件下的性能进行研究,结果表明:随着蒸发温度的升高,机组COP直线上升;随着冷凝温度的升高,机组COP直线下降;随着负荷率从100%下降到60%,机组COP基本保持不变,但负荷率低于60%后,机组COP呈现快速减小的趋势。以上研究数据为离心式冷水机组的实际应用提供数据支撑。 The performance of centrifugal chiller with the nominal cooling capacity of 800 Rt is studied under the conditions of different evaporating temperatures,condensing temperatures and load ratios. The results show that with the increase of evaporating temperature,the COP of centrifugal chiller increases linearly; with the increase of condensing temperature,the COP of centrifugal chiller decreases linearly; with the decrease of the load ratio from 100% to 60%,the COP of centrifugal chiller remains nearly the same,however,when the load ratio is less than60%,the COP shows a rapid decline. The above research data provide data support for the application of centrifugal chiller.
