摘要
经1780 mm热轧和1700 mm酸洗,制成了一种薄规格低碳热轧酸洗钢板,并对该钢板进行了显微组织、力学性能和成形性能检测分析。结果表明:热轧酸洗钢板的显微组织由铁素体和珠光体组成,铁素体晶粒度为9级,钢板的抗拉强度和屈服强度等均符合标准,成形性能满足汽车厂的要求。
The thin low carbon pickled hot rolled steel sheet was manufactured in the 1780 mm hot rolling production line and then pickled in the 1700 mm pickling line. The microstructures, mechanical properties and formability of the steel sheet was tested and analyzed. The analytical results showed that the microstructures of the pickled hot- rolled steel sheet were composed of ferrite and pearlite with level 9 grain size. And the tensile strength and the yield strength of the steel sheet met the values specified in the standard while its formability met the requirements asked by automobile factories.
