应用型人才多元能力培养的课程体系构建与实践——计算机科学与技术专业为例 被引量:26

摘要 通过分析我国工程教育认证标准对专业人才应备能力的要求,结合学校应用型人才目标定位,计算机科学与技术专业人才培养采取"四化"课程群CDIO项目体系,即模块化、群组化、项目化、责任化。以学生多元能力培养为中心、以教师团队合作为支撑、以课程间逻辑联系为纽带、以教学深化改革为动力、以教学质量提高为抓手,构建了新型课程体系。课程群建设既顺应了高校工程教育改革的趋势,又满足了提高教学质量的内在要求。以项目作为课程之间联系的纽带,注重学生通识能力、专业能力、工程应用能力及职业能力等多元能力的培养,对计算机专业教学质量的持续提高具有十分重大的意义,在教学实践中取得了显著的效果。 Analyzing the ability requirements of China Engineering Education Accreditation Association Standards of professional talents, and combining with the school applied talents target localization, it presents to take CDIO project-based curriculum system in computer science and technology culture, it is to enhance modular, group oriented, project oriented and responsible curriculum teaching. This is new curriculum system construction and practice, focusing on cultivating the students’ multivariate ability, and this is supported by the teachers’ team, linked by a logical connection among courses, and driven by deepening reform. This is a starting point to the improvement of teaching quality. Curriculum group construction not only conforms to the trend of the reform of engineering education in colleges and universities, but also meets the requirement of improving the quality of teaching. In order to link courses between the contact by projects, it pays attention to the cultivation of students’ multiple abilities, including general ability, professional ability, engineering application ability and vocational ability, these have very important significance to increase the computer professional teaching quality. We have achieved remarkable results in the teaching practice of our department.
