摘要
目的探究PTEN、MMP-7、血清HGF、uPA在口腔癌中的表达及其与临床分期、病理分级、淋巴结转移的关系。方法选取2014年6月-2017年3月在我院口腔科行手术切除的OSCC患者64例作为研究对象,取癌旁正常口腔粘膜组织或健康成年人血液作为对照组,观察PTEN、MMP-7、血清HGF、uPA在对照组及OSCC中的表达情况,观察OSCC患者PTEN、MMP-7、血清HGF、uPA含量与年龄、性别、临床分期、病理分级、淋巴结转移的关系。结果OSCC患者血清HGF、uPA水平明显高于健康成年人,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);PTEN在癌旁正常口腔黏膜组织中的阳性表达率高于OSCC,MMP-7在癌旁正常口腔黏膜组织中的阳性表达率低于OSCC,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。OSCC患者PTEN、MMP-7、血清HGF、uPA含量在不同病理分级、临床分期、有无淋巴结转移方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PTEN、MMP-7、HGF及uPA可作为口腔癌早期诊断的指标,同时与口腔癌的临床分期、病理分级及淋巴结转移具有相关性,可作为评估口腔癌病情严重程度及预后的指标。
Objective to explore the expression of PTEN,MMP-7,serum HGF and uPA in oral cancer and its relationship with clinical stage,pathological classification and lymph node metastasis.Methods 64 cases with OSCC accepted surgery treatment in dental surgery of our hospital from June 2014 to March 2017 were selected as research object.The normal oral mucosa tissue adjacent to carcinoma or healthy adults blood composition were chosen as control group.The expression of PTEN,MMP-7,serum HGF and uPA in the control group and OSCC were observed.The relationship of PTEN,MMP-7,serum HGF and uPA with age,sex,clinical stage,pathological classification and lymph node metastasis were observed of OSCC.Results the level of serum HGF,uPA of OSCC were higher than healthy adults,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The positive expression rate of PTEN in normal oral mucosa tissue adjacent to carcinoma was higher than that of OSCC,the positive expression rate of MMP-7 in normal oral mucosa tissue adjacent to carcinoma was lower than that of OSCC,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The expression of PTEN,MMP-7,serum HGF and uPA in oral cancer of different pathological grading,clinical stage,the presence of lymph node metastasis were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion PTEN,MMP-7,serum HGF and uPA can be used as indicators in early diagnosis of oral cancer and relate with the clinical stage,pathological grading and lymph node metastasis of oral cancer.They can be used as evaluation index of illness severity and prognosis in oral cancer.
