摘要
本文基于价值创造的视角,比较了制造业服务化与商业模式创新在目标、内涵、影响以及研究趋势上的异同,发现两者可通过价值创造及相关活动予以连接。在此基础上,系统的阐述制造业服务化不同阶段价值创造的一般特性,理想条件下,制造业服务化能够增加企业的整体价值,服务创造的价值随着制造业服务化程度的提高呈上升趋势,并逐步超过产品所创造的价值。最后,结合商业模式创新的相关理论与组成要素,针对制造业服务化不同阶段特征,提出与之相匹配的商业模式创新策略。
This paper compares the similarities and differences between servitization of manufacturing and business model innovation which consist of goal,connotation,influence and research tendency,and finds that value creation and related items combine servitization of manufacturing and business model innovation. And then,this paper explores the general process of servitization of manufacturing with the perspective of value creation,and summaries the relationship between the stages of manufacturing servitization and value creation under an ideal condition,and the value of service increases with the level of servitization of manufacturing and exceeds the value of products. At last,business model innovation strategies matched different stages of manufacturing servitization have been promoted by considering the characters of manufacturing servitization and fundamental elements of business model.
