摘要
试验旨在研究小肽微量元素螯合物对断奶仔猪生长性能、氧化应激状况和粪便金属元素含量的影响,选用204头健康状况良好、体重相近的21日龄断奶仔公猪(长白×大白二元杂交),随机分成A、B、C和D四组,每组3重复,每重复17头。A、B组分别添加低水平和高水平的无机Cu、Fe、Zn、Mn元素;C、D组分别添加低水平和高水平小肽螯合Cu、Fe、Zn、Mn。采集血液和粪便样进行相关指标的测定。结果表明:(1)平均日采食量(ADFI)和腹泻率均无显著差异(P>0.05)。与A、B组相比,D组平均日增重(ADG)升高,料肉比(F/G)显著降低(P<0.05)。(2)与A、B组相比,D组血清球蛋白(GLB)和铜蓝蛋白(CP)浓度以及总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)显著升高(P<0.05),丙二醛(MDA)含量显著下降(P<0.05)。C组AST酶活比A组降低,比B组升高。(3)血清中各组Cu、Zn含量和粪便中各组Zn、Fe的含量均无显著差异(P>0.05),C组粪便中Cu含量显著低于A、B组(P<0.05),D组粪便中Cu含量比A组升高35.1%,比B组降低56.1%。结果表明,低水平小肽微量元素螯合物对断奶仔猪生产性能和健康状况无不良影响,但能显著降低粪便中铜的排放量,而高水平小肽微量元素螯合物提高了断奶仔猪的生长性能和健康状况,但对粪便中铜的减排效果不如低水平小肽微量元素螯合物。
The present study was aimed to explore the effects of small peptide chelated trace minerals on growth performance, oxidative stress parameters and the concentrations of fecal metal in weaned pig- lets, A total of 204, weaned piglets (21 days) were randomly assigned into four treatments, A, B, C and D. There were three replicates for each treatment. Low and high doses inorganic copper, iron, manga- nese and zinc were added to A and B groups, respectively; low and high doses small peptide chelated copper, iron, manganese and zinc were added to C and D groups respectively. Blood and fecal samples were collected. The results showed that: ① There was not significant difference about the ending weight, average daily feed intake (ADFI) and diarrhea rate in four groups (P〉0.05). Compared with A and B, the average daily gain (ADG) was significantly increased in D group, but ratio of feed to gainwas significantly decreased (P〈0.05). ② Com- pared with A and B, the concentrations of GLB and CP, the activities of serum T-AOC in D group were significantly increased(P〈0.05), while the content of MDA was significantly decreased (P〈0.05). Compared with C, the activity of serum AST in A was significantly increased, while itwas significantly decreased (P〈0.05) in group B. ③ No differences were observed in serum copper, zinc contents and fecal zinc, iron contents (P〉0.05). Fecal copper concentration in C group was signifi- cantly lower than that in A and B (P〈0.05). Compared with the control and D, fecal copper concentra- tion was significantly decreased by 35.1% in A, but it was significantly increased by 56.1% in B. These results indicated that low dose of small peptide chelated trace minerals had little adverse effects on growth performance and antioxidant capacity in weaned piglets, but effectively reduced fecal copper concentration. While high dose of small peptide chelated trace minerals improved the growth perfor- mance and antioxidant capacity in weaned piglets, but the effect of copper emission reduction was worse than that in the low dose group.
