摘要
本文针对当前不动产存量数据整合面临的房地数据关联的难点问题,以地籍信息系统数据库中的宗地单元为基础,分析了房地登记数据的关联关系,探讨了借助不动产单元编码,利用ETL工具组合软件建立不动产单元、权利及权利人的关联方法,并以试验区数据进行了验证,研究结果对不动产存量数据整合具有重要的参考价值。
Based on the cadastral unit in the cadastral information system, this paper aims at the current difficult points in the real estate stocks data integration, analyses the relationship between land and housing register stocks data, discusses how to build the relationship among the real estate unit, right and owner, by real estate unit coding and ETL software tools, and validate the result by sample data, the conclusion has important reference value for the real estate stocks data integration.
