摘要
完善的机内自测试(BIT)是综合模块化航空电子系统形成故障重构能力与外场测试诊断能力的基础,是保证系统任务成功率和可用度水平的重要手段。针对现代航空电子系统综合化、模块化的系统架构特点,分析了综合化航空电子系统的BIT组成和设计原则,基于系统功能、信号、故障表现出来的复杂特征提出了一种一体化、层次化的综合BIT设计方案,该方案合理划分了BIT层次,设计了功能BIT和系统BIT,解决了传统独立设备BIT架构的局限性及其存在的问题,并在实际工程中获得较好的应用。
Perfect built in test(BIT)is the basis of system test,diagnostic and fault reconfiguration ability of integrated modular avionics system,and it is also a critical method to guarantee the availability and dependability of electronic systems.Aim at the integrated modular characteristic of modern avionics system,the constitution and design principles of BIT for integrated avionics system is analyzed,base on the complex characteristic of system function and signal and faults showing,A hierarchical and integrative plan of integrated BIT design is raised.In the plan,the hierarchical structure of BIT is divided reasonably,the function BIT and system BIT is designed,solve limitations and problem of the BIT architecture of traditional independent avionic device,and it has been successfully utilized in engineering practice.
