摘要
教师的专业发展既是一个内部与外部的耦合过程,也是一个主体、群体、环境的互动体系。针对应用型高校教师专业发展实际,整合各个要素之间的相似度和互补性,从专业发展支持体系的理论、能力、过程、层次、机制五个方面进行模型构建,旨在发挥个体、组织和环境的整体效能。为实现一个完善的、系统的、规范化的专业发展体系提供参考。
The professional development of teachers is not only an internal and external coupling process, but also an interactive system of subject, group and environment. According to the application of university teachers' professional development practice, the integration between the various elements of the similarity and complementarity of model construction from five aspects of professional development support system theory, ability, process, mechanism, level, to play the overall effectiveness of individual, organization and environment, providing a reference for a complete, systematic and standardized professional development system.
