摘要
目的通过研究新医改对医院药剂管理模式转变的影响,并进一步探讨药剂管理的方法。方法选取该院药剂科2015年8月—2017年8月采用现代医院药剂管理理论指导药剂工作后的1 650张药剂方为观察组,以2013年8月—2015年7月未实施现代药剂管理理论指导的1 350张药剂方为对照组,观察两组药方的退药率、复核查出差错率和正确率以及不合理用药处方率。结果观察组药方的退药率、复核查出差错率和正确率均优于对照组,不合理用药处方率低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结合现代医院药剂管理理论指导医院药剂科管理工作,能够最大程度减少医疗事故的出现,保障药物的质量和安全。
Objective Through the study of the impact of the new medical reform on the change of hospital pharmacy management mode, and the method of pharmacy management was further explored. Methods The pharmacy department of this hospital was selected as the research object, 1 650 prescription was selected in this hospital from August 2015 to August 2017 after using modern hospital pharmacy management theory to guide the pharmacy after the work as the observation group, 1 350 prescriptions from August 2013 to July 2015 not guided by the theory of modern pharmacy management were taken as the control group. The withdrawal rates of the two prescriptions were observed. The error rate and the correct rate of the two prescriptions were checked and the prescription rate of irrational use was checked. Results The rate of withdrawal from the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the error rate and the correct rate were higher than those of the control group. The prescription rate of irrational use was lower than that of the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Combined with modern hospital pharmacy management theory to guide the hospital pharmacy management, to minimize the occurrence of medical accidents, to ensure the quality and safety of drugs.
