摘要
当代大学生就业指导教育是当代高校教育工作的重要组成部分,有助于大学生顺利就业。本文从高校辅导员视角讨论了通过将职业生涯规划浸润学生管理工作、运用新媒体及2+5模式等可促进当代大学生就业指导教育工作。
As an important part of the education work in contemporary universities, the employment guidance education for contemporary university students is conducive to their success in employment. From the perspective of university counselors, this paper discusses the measures to promote the employment guidance education for contemporary university students, such as integrating career planning into student management, applying new media and the ＂2＋5＂ model.
