摘要
建立并优化了一种超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法检测运动型沐浴露中泛酸的方法。样品的前处理选择乙醇作为泛酸成分的提取溶剂,并采用T3色谱柱分离,泛酸组分在2.0~200.0μg/L浓度范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r^2为0.999 9,检出限为0.04 mg/kg,定量限范围为0.12 mg/kg,加标回收率为90.7%~95.1%。
Using ultra high performance liquid chromatography mass spectrometry analysis method to establish a method in the analysis of pantothenic acid in sports shower gel. After the sample was treated with ethanol to precipitation extraction,the separation of targeted compound was performed on T3 chromatographic column. The linear range of pantothenic acid was in the range of 2. 0 - 200. 0 μg/L with a correlation coefficient of 0. 999 9. The detection limit was 0. 04 mg/kg and the quantitative limit was0. 12 mg/kg,the recovery rate was 90. 7% - 95. 1%.
