摘要 评价了天然环保型钻井液处理剂的性能,主要对改性淀粉、胍胶、CMC、杂聚糖等天然产物作为钻井液处理剂进行评价。改性淀粉、胍胶和CMC在室温下均可不同程度的提高钻井液黏度,且降低滤失量。通过对改性淀粉、胍胶和CMC分别与腐殖酸和栲胶配伍的评价发现,改性淀粉与栲胶配伍,可以显著降低其黏度;将改性淀粉和栲胶处理浆和杂聚糖配合使用可以显著的提高其润滑性。 Evaluation of the different natural and environmentally friendly drilling fluid treatment agent is added in the drilling fluid performance, mainly for modified starch, guanidine gum, CMC, heteroglycan, and other natural products as a drilling fluid treatment agent for review. Compared with base pulp, modified starch, guanidine gum and CMC under room temperature can be different degree of drilling fluid viscosity, and reduce the amount of filtration. Through the evaluation of modified starch, guanidine and CMC respectively with humic acid and tannin extract, the modified starch and tannin extract can significantly reduce the viscosity. The compatibility of modified starch and tannin extracts and heteroglycan was significantly improved.
