摘要
目的探讨采用硫酸镁和硫酸镁联合硝苯地平对妊高症的临床治疗效果。方法便利选取2015年6月—2017年6月该院收治的196例妊高症患者为此次研究对象,按照不同的治疗方法将其分为普通组和观察组,每组患者98例,分别采用硫酸镁和硫酸镁联合硝苯地平给予治疗,对两组患者临床治疗有效率,血压变化情况和并发症发生率进行对比。结果观察组患者临床治疗总有效率(95.92%)明显高于普通组(82.65%)(χ2=8.247,P<0.05);观察组收缩压与舒张压也明显低于普通组,并发症发生率(6.12%)较普通组(22.45%)低,差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.821,P<0.05)。结论在妊高症的临床治疗中采用硫酸镁联合硝苯地平给予治疗,患者症状得到明显改善,并发症发生率减低,临床效果显著,具有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To study the clinical effect of magnesium sulfate and magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine in treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome. Methods 196 cases of patients with pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were convenient selected and divided into two groups with 98 cases in each according to different treatment methods, respectively treated with magnesium sulfate and magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine, and the clinical treatment effective rate was compared between the two groups,and the changes of blood pressure and incidence rate of complications were also compared. Results The total clinical treatment effective rate in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the common group（95.92% vs 82.65%）（χ2=8.247, P〈0.05）, and the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure in the observation group were obviously lower than those in the common group, and the incidence rate of complications was lower than that in the common group（6.12% vs 22.45%）,and the differences were statistically significant（χ2=7.821, P〈0.05）. Conclusion The magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine in treatment of pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome can obviously improve the symptoms and reduce the incidence rate of complications, and the clinical effect is obvious, with important clinical application value.
