摘要
党的十九大的胜利召开标志着我国进入了中国特色社会主义新时代。在新的历史时期,创新公立医院基层党建工作理论,提升公立医院党建工作水平具有非常重要的历史意义和实践指导价值。本文根据新时代党建工作和公立医院改革的新要求、新任务,总结分析了当前公立医院党建工作存在的主要问题,并深入地探讨了进一步提升公立医院党建工作的创新路径和方法。
Since the 19^th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has entered a new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In the new era,it was of great historical significance and practical guiding value to improve party building work in public hospitals by the theory innovation.According to new needs and new tasks in the party building work and reform of public hospitals,this article analyzed the major present problems and discussed the innovation path and solution in depth.
