摘要
目的:分析阿托伐他汀联合曲美他嗪治疗冠心病的疗效及不良反应。方法:选择本院2016年12月-2017年12月收治123例冠心病患者资料,分研究组(71例)、对照组(52例);研究组为阿托伐他汀和曲美他嗪实施联合治疗,对照组仅以曲美他嗪进行治疗,比对两组疗效和不良反应。结果:研究组总有效率为97.18%(69/71)高于对照组71.15%(37/52)(P<0.05);不良反应率研究组为2.82%(2/71)、对照组为9.62%(5/52),两组比对不存在统计意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿托伐他汀和曲美他嗪联合对冠心病进行治疗,疗效佳,不良反应少,值得推荐。
Objective： To analyze the efficacy and adverse reactions of atorvastatin with trimetazidine on coronary heart disease. Methods： A total of 123 patients with coronary heart disease were enrolled in our hospital from December 2016 to December 2017. The data were divided into the study group（n=71） and the control group（n=52）. The study group received atorvastatin and trimetazidine combination therapy, the control group was treated with trimetazidine only. The efficacy and adverse reactions in two groups were compared. Results： The total effective rate in the study group was 97.18%（69/71）, which was significantly higher than 71.15%（37/52） in the control group（P〈0.05）. The adverse reaction rate was 2.82%（2/71） in the study group and 9.62 %（5/52） in the control group, there was no statistical significance between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Atorvastatin and trimetazidine on coronary heart disease had good efficacy and fewer adverse reactions, which was worthy of being recommended.
