317护平台在小儿围术期进行个性化健康教育的应用 被引量:5

摘要 目的:小儿疝气是儿科临床的常见疾病,目前临床上主要采取腹腔镜手术进行治疗,本研究通过应用护士利用317护平台对小儿围术期对家属进行健康指导,旨在验证该模式的临床实践护理应用效果。方法:将2016年10-2017年9月共收治的2052例患儿,按宣教方法的不同,将2016年10月1日-2017年3月30日的为对照组(共1012例),2017年5月1日-2017年9月30日的为观察组(共1040例)。对照组为护士进行常规的口头宣教,按照"护理常规"规定的内容,对患儿及家属实施健康教育;观察组是护士利用317护平台中的健康宣教内容,由责任护士采用个性化的健康教育方式,利用317护平台进行,内容包括五个方面:入院宣教、检查前后宣教、手术前宣教、手术后宣教、出院时宣教。每个方面均有具体的健康教育内容。通过对两组家属对于宣教内容的掌握情况及对护理服务满意度调查。结果:观察组健康教育对象对宣教内容掌握程度高于对照组,差异比较具有统计学意义,P<0.05。观察组健康教育对象对宣教内满意度高于对照组,差异比较具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论:317护平台提供的健康教育资料,由护士逐条对家属进行宣教,可提高家属对疾病知识的掌握程度,从而提高护理质量,同时促进护士与家属沟通,增进护患关系,提高家属满意度。 Objective: Pediatric hernia is one of the pediatric clinical common diseases, which is treated mainly by laparoscopic surgery clinically, this study explores the application of 317 nursing platform in personalized health education in children perioperative period and to investigate the clinical practice nursing effect of this mode. Methods: A total of 2052 children who were admitted to the hospital from October 2016 to September 2017 were divided into the control group(1012 patients, treated from October 1 st, 2016 to March 30 th, 2017), and the observation group(1040 patients, treated from May 1 st, 2017 to September 30 th, 2017). The control group received nurses' routine oral education, the healthy education for children and their families was implemented according to the content of "nursing routine". The observation group received the application of 317 nursing platform in personalized health education during the children perioperative period, the content included five aspects: hospital admission education, examination education before and after the admission, education before and after the operation mission, discharge education. Every aspect had specific health education content. The two groups of family members' knowledge of the education content and the satisfaction survey of nursing service were compared. Results: In the observation group, the education subjects had a higher level of education than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. In the observation group, the education subjects were more satisfied than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion: Through utilizing 317 nursing health education information platform, the nurses could give a detailed personalized health education, which could help the families improve the the master degree of disease knowledge, enhance the quality of nursing and facilitate communication between nurses and family members, and improve the relationship between nurses and patients, improve family satisfaction.
