摘要
目的:观察60例风阳上扰型眩晕病患者给予天麻钩藤饮加减治疗的疗效。方法:对本院2015年7月-2016年7月收治的120例风阳上扰型眩晕病患者进行观察,采用随机分组法分为治疗组和对照组,各60例。对照组给予西医对症治疗,治疗组在西医对症治疗基础上给予天麻钩藤饮加减治疗,治疗1周,观察两组治疗效果、不良反应。结果:治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组生活质量明显高于对照组,组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:天麻钩藤饮能迅速改善患者眩晕症状,用药简单,长期服用无明显毒副作用,患者耐药性好,值得风阳上扰型眩晕病患者选用。
Objective： To observe the effects of Tianma Gouteng Yin（天麻钩藤饮） on 60 patients with vertigo of the Fengyang Shangrao type（风阳上扰型）. Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group. The control group was given symptomatic treatment of western medicine. The treatment group was treated with Tianma Gouteng Yin more. After one week, the treatment effects and adverse reactions in two groups were observed. Results： The total efficiency in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group, with a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. The quality of life in the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, with a statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Tianma Gouteng Yin can quickly improve the symptoms, without obvious side effects, and with good drug resistance, is worthy of application for patients with vertigo of the Fengyang Shangrao type.
