摘要
目的:分析基层98例老年性阴道炎的就诊、治疗及预后,探讨基层老年性阴道炎较为理想的治疗方法,以减少抗生素的使用。方法:总结自2009年6月-2015年11月我们收诊的老年性阴道炎患者98例临床资料,并给予内服中药、外用维生素C片联合治疗的效果观察。结果:基层老年性阴道炎就诊渠道混乱、误诊率较高、抗生素使用不规范;内服中药、外用维生素C联合治疗显示有效率为94.9%。结论:加强对个体诊所实行有效监管、明确社区卫生院各科室职能,以及对老年性疾病知识的宣传,并对老年性疾患的就诊作出正确的引导是必要的。内服中药、外用维生素C效果明显,且经济、安全,操作简单,值得推广。
Objective： To analyze the treatment and prognosis of 98 cases of senile vaginitis, and to explore the ideal method of senile vaginitis and reduce the application of antibiotics. Methods： 98 cases of senile vaginitis from June 2009 to November 2015 were summarized. The effect of TCM medicine and vitamin C was observed. Results： In the 98 cases of senile vaginitis, the treatment channels were confused; the rate of misdiagnosis was high; and the application of antibiotics was not standardized. The effective rate of TCM medicine and vitamin C was 94.9%. Conclusion： It is necessary to strengthen the effective supervision of individual clinics, to make clear the functions of each section of the community hospital, to publicize the knowledge of senile diseases, and to provide proper guidance for the treatment of senile disorders. TCM medicine and vitamin C show obvious effects, is economic and safe and easy to operate, and is worth popularizing.
