摘要 PID是比例、积分、微分的简称,PID控制的难点不是编程,而是控制器的参数整定.参数整定的关键是正确地理解各参数对控制系统的影响.在系统性能不能令人满意时,知道应该调节哪一个参数,该参数应该增大还是减小.由于受实验限制,再加上多媒体课件的局限,学生对PID控制的过程感觉很抽象,分析起来有一定的困难.详细分析了PID控制器的基本作用,并将MATLA/SIMULINK应用到教学中,通过对PID控制系统进行仿真,直观地展现了各参数变化对过渡过程的影响,从而得出几个重要结论.既促进了学生对PID控制的深刻理解,又提高了课堂的教学效果. PID is the abbreviation of proportion,integral and differential.The difficulty of PID control is not programming,but the parameter setting of the controller.The key of parameter setting is to correctly understand the influence of each parameter on the control system.When the system performance is not satisfactory,which parameter should be adjusted,the parameter should be increased or decreased.Due to the limitation of experiment and the limitation of multimedia courseware,students feel very abstract about the process of PID control and difficult to analyze.The basic function of PID controller is analyzed in detail,and MATLA/SIMULINK is applied to teaching,through the simulation of PID control system,visually shows the effects of parameter changes on the transition process.Several important conclusions are obtained.That is to promote the students′ deep understanding of PID control and improve the classroom teaching effect.
