摘要
针对车体弹性和车辆参数对重型汽车平顺性影响问题,给出了两端自由等截面梁刚弹合成理论,建立了重型汽车刚弹合成模型及其平顺性频域分析方法,基于与多学科优化设计软件Isight联合仿真的方案,采用最优拉丁超立方试验设计对重型汽车平顺性进行了灵敏度分析。研究表明:影响重型汽车平顺性的主要因素为路面等级、车速、悬架刚度和阻尼、轮胎刚度和车体刚度,其中车体刚度主要影响车体上各点的垂直加速度,结果为重型汽车行驶平顺性的性能改善和优化奠定基础。
To study the effects of vehicle body elasticity and vehicle parameters on ride comfort of a heavy-duty vehicle,the rigid-elastic synthesis theory for a free-free beam with constant cross sections were derived.A rigid-elastic synthesis model of a heavy-duty vehicle was built,and its ride comfort's analysis method in frequency domain was proposed.Based on a simulation scheme cooperating with the multi-discipline optimization design software Isight,the sensitivity analysis for ride comfort of a heavy-duty vehicle was performed using the optimal Latin hypercube test design.The results showed that the main factors affecting the ride comfort of a heavy-duty vehicle are road grade,vehicle speed,suspension stiffness and damping,tire stiffness and vehicle body stiffness; the vehicle body stiffness mainly affects various points' vertical acceleration on vehicle body; the results lay a foundation for the improvement and optimization of heavyduty vehicles' ride comfort.
