牛脂肪组织中miRNA的研究进展

摘要 微小RNA(miRNA)是一种内源性非编码小RNA,主要通过与m RNA上2~8位核苷酸碱基互补结合使目标m RNA失去稳定性来发挥作用。大量研究表明,miRNA在牛的脂肪沉积与代谢,脂肪细胞的生成、增殖与分化过程中起着至关重要的作用。为此,文章从miRNA的合成、mi R-378调控脂质代谢、mi R-27b等其他转录因子对脂质代谢的调控、miRNA调控脂质代谢通路和在牛其他组织中的调控作用等5方面综述了牛脂肪组织中miRNA的研究进展,并对其在牛的生长发育、肉品质改良、脂肪代谢调节和牛营养水平均衡等方面的研究应用进行了展望,以期为miRNA在牛脂肪组织中的深入研究提供一定参考。 Micro RNA(miRNA)is an endogenous,non-coding small RNA that acts mainly through destabilizing the target m RNA by complementarily binding to nucleotides 2-8 of the m RNA. Related studies have shown that small RNA plays an important role in the process of fat deposition and metabolism and the generation,proliferation and differentiation of adipose cells in bovine. To lay a theoretical foundation for the further study of miRNAs in bovine adipose tissue,this review summarizes the recent progress of miRNA synthesis,regulation of lipid metabolism by mi R-378,the regulation of lipid metabolism by other transcription factors i.e.mi R-27 b etc,and research progress on miRNA and the outlook of its application on promoting the growth and development of bovine,improving meat quality,regulating lipid metabolism and balancing bovine nutrition. As that have been reported to regulate adipogenesis in bovine adipose tissue.
