摘要
复杂性辨证论治思维是《伤寒论杂病论》中最常用的辨证思维模式,运用复杂性辨证论治思维可以更好的处理临床上复杂多变的疾病。温经汤是《金匮要略》里的传统名方,临床用于多种疾病的治疗。为多方面深入理解本方,文章通过复杂性辨证论治思维对温经汤的病机、方药配伍、临床变症进行探讨,揭示其内在病机变化,为临床经方的灵活应用提供新思路。
The thinking of complexity differentiation and treatment is the most commonly used thinking of differentiation and treatment in Shanghan Zabing Lun. It can better deal with the complicated and changeable diseases in clinic by using the thinking of complexity differentiation and treatment. Wenjing Decoction is a traditional famous prescription in Synopsis of Golden Chamber, which is used for the treatment of many diseases. In order to understand this prescription in a lot of ways, this article analyzes the application of the pathogenesis, prescription compatibility and change syndrome of Wenjing Decoction through the thinking of complexity differentiation and treatment. The internal pathogenesis of the disease is revealed. It would provide new ideas for the application of classical prescriptions.
