摘要
为优化超声辅助提取红菊苣中花青素的工艺条件,以红菊苣中花青素的提取量为指标,利用响应面法优化超声辅助提取红菊苣中花青素的工艺条件。结果表明:最佳提取工艺为液固比41∶1,乙醇体积分数71%,超声提取时间28 min,在此条件下,花青素的提取量为908.596 mg/100 g,与模型中预测值910.426 mg/100 g相差不大,此模型可用于实际预测。
In order to optimize the ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of anthocyanin from Cichoricumintybusvar.foliosum Hegi,the yield of anthocyanin in Cichoricumintybusvar.foliosum Hegi was taken as the index,the ultrasound-assisted extraction conditions of anthocyanin from Cichoricumintybusvar.foliosum Hegi were optimized by response surface methodology.The optimal ultrasonic extraction conditions of anthocyanin were liquid-feed ratio 41 ∶1(m L/g),ethanol volume fraction 71%,ultrasonic time 28 min.The amount of anthocyanin extracted was 908.596 mg/100 g,which was not much different from the predicted value of 910.426 mg/100 g in the model. This model could be used for actual prediction.
