摘要 为解决聚合物类水基钻井液钻打致密油水平井存在诸多不适应性的问题,大庆油田在源211致密油区块开展了ULTRADRIL水基钻井液钻打水平井现场试验。试验表明ULTRADRIL水基钻井液在润滑性、泥页岩抑制方面表现突出,有效降低了复杂情况的发生,大幅度提高固井质量和水平段机械钻速,为大庆油田致密油水平井高效钻井及合理大规模压裂方案设计提供了保障。 In order to solve the problem that the polymer water base drilling fluid is not suitable for drilling the horizontal well in tight oil reservoir, the ULTRADRIL brine base drilling fluid was applied in drilling horizontal wells in Yuan 211 tight reservoir block of Daqing oilfield. The test shows that the ULTRADRIL brine base drilling fluid has outstanding advantages in lubricating property and shale suppression, it effectively reduces the occurrence of complex conditions, greatly improves the cementing quality and the mechanical drilling speed of the horizontal section, and provides a guarantee for the high efficient drilling in the tight oil reservoir of Daqing oilfield and the design of reasonable large-scale fracturing scheme.
