Analysis for Soft Frequency Reuse in LTE Systems

摘要 为了满足移动蜂窝网络数据快速增长的需求,LTE系统要求更高的频率效率。为此引入了小区间干扰问题,极大的影响了系统性能和用户体验,尤其是小区边缘用户。软频率复用(SFR)可有效抑制小区间干扰,针对4G蜂窝系统的小区间干扰问题,采用复用为1方案和SFR对比的方法,从系统吞吐量、用户平均吞吐量、中断概率和小区面积百分比等指标,深入仿真分析了SFR方案。仿真结果表明,比较复用为1方案,SFR能显著提升小区边缘用户的性能,并在中断概率和小区面积百分比指标上能整体提升小区性能。SFR兼顾了系统干扰和总体性能的平衡,使得干扰模型更加的优化,提高了最差用户的数据速率和降低了系统的中断概率,可大大降低运营商的投诉率,这在商业上是非常有利,SFR在未来的移动通信发展中有很好的应用前景。 In order to satisfy the rapidly increasing of data demands in mobile cellular network, the LTE system requires high spectrum efficiency. However, it can introduce a serious inter cell interference, which greatly affects the quality of system and user experience, especially the users who are located at the cell edge area. The SFR scheme is an effective approach to eliminate the inter-cell interference. According to the problem of serious inter cell interfer- ence in 4G cellular system, we investigated the performance of SFR scheme under throughput, average throughput, outage probability and area percent and compared against the frequency reuse of one scheme. System level simulations show that the SFR scheme achieves a lower system outage probability, a lower system area percent, and better cell edge user performance than frequency reuse of one scheme. SFR can meet the balances of both system interference and the overall performance, and the interference model is more optimized, which increases the data rate of worst user and reduces the interrupt probability of the system. This is an advantage in business which can greatly reduce the complaints of operators. In the future, SFR may be used in the next-generation mobile communication system and has a good application prospect.
