摘要
"肾主骨"、"肝主筋",因而中医传统治疗骨骼关节疾病多从肝肾着眼。实际临床工作中发现,调脾胃亦能治疗骨骼关节疾病。本文将以脾胃的病理变化与骨骼关节疾病的发病切入点,并结合当前临床从脾胃入手治疗骨骼关节疾病的实例,探讨从脾胃论治骨骼关节疾病的病理基础与临床运用,拓展此类疾病的临床诊疗思路。
＂Kidney governs bone＂,＂liver governs sinew＂,thus the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of bone joint disease begin from kidney. Actual found in clinical work,and the spleen and stomach also can treat bone joint disease. This article from the pathological relationship of spleen and stomach and bone joint,from spleen and stomach theory of differentiation of bone joint disease and clinical research aspects,are discussed from the spleen and stomach theory and clinical differentiation of bone joint disease,to develop such diseases in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
