柴苓汤对慢性环孢素A肾病大鼠肾功能及肾组织病理形态学影响研究 被引量:1

Effects of Chailing Decoction on Renal Function and Pathomorphology of Renal Tissue in Rats with Chronic Cyclosporine A Nephropathy

摘要 目的:分析柴苓汤对慢性环孢素A肾病(CCN)大鼠肾功能及肾组织病理形态学影响。方法:选取由本院动物实验中心提供雄性SD健康大鼠40只,依据随机数字表法将大鼠分成4组,缬沙坦组、对照组、柴苓汤组及模型组,每组各10只;30mg/kg/天灌服环孢霉素A(Cs A),持续灌服28天以建立CCN大鼠模型,对照组则灌服等剂量的橄榄油;造模时缬沙坦组和柴苓汤组分别服用10mg/kg/天缬沙坦与3g/kg/天柴苓汤,对照组与模型组则使用等剂量生理盐水;在第29天将大鼠肾脏组织切除;观察大鼠一般情况,检测肾功能和肾组织病理改变情况。结果:模型组大鼠肾小管间质受损参数均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),柴苓汤组和缬沙坦组大鼠肾小管间质受损参数均低于模型组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);模型组BUN、Scr水平高于对照组,Ccr低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);柴苓汤组与缬沙坦组BUN水平高于对照组,Ccr低于对照组,BUN、Scr水平低于模型组,Ccr高于模型组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:柴苓汤可显著降低CCN大鼠肾实质受损情况,使肾功能有效改善。 Objective: To analyze the effects of Chailing Decoction on renal function and pathological morphology of renal tissue in chronic cyclosporine A nephropathy( CCN) rats. Methods: By the experimental animal center,Institute to provide healthy male SD 40 rats,according to the random number table method,the rats were divided into 4 groups,the controlled group,valsartan group,Chailing Decoction group and model group,n = 10; 28 mg/kg/d perfusion of cyclosporin A( Cs A),continuous gavage28 days to establish the rat model of CCN,the controlled group was given the same dose of olive oil; When modeling Chailing Decoction group and the valsartan group were treated with valsartan 8 mg/kg/d and 3 g/kg/d Chailing Decoction,the controlled group and the model group received normal saline; On the twenty-ninth day the rat kidney resection; Observation in general,renal function and pathological changes of renal tissue detection. Results: The model rats renal tubular interstitial damage parameters were higher than the controlled group( P〈0. 05),the Chailing Decoction group and the valsartan group of rats with renal tubulointerstitial damage parameters were lower than the model group( P〈0. 05); The level of group BUN,Scr model higher than the controlled group,Ccr was lower than the controlled group( P 0. 05); BUN of the Chailing Decoction group and the valsartan group was higher than the controlled group,Ccr was lower than the controlled group,BUN and Scr were lower than the model group,Ccr was higher than in the model group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion: Chailing Decoction can significantly reduce the damage of renal parenchyma in CCN rats and improve the renal function effectively.
