摘要
甘肃某难处理卡林型金矿原生产采用一段磨矿浮选—环保提金工艺,生产中存在药剂种类多,添加量大等问题,为了降低生产成本,提高企业经济效益,对生产工艺进行优化研究,确定采用两段磨矿两段选别—环保提金工艺,金综合回收率达到91.55%,较原生产回收率提高了10.05%。
Gansu refractory Carlin type gold deposits in the original production used a grinding flotation-nontoxic extraction process,and in the production there were some problems such as regent types are too many,regent dosage is large etc. In order to reduce production costs,improve the economic efficiency of enterprises,the production process was optimized,and the process of two stage grinding and two stage separation-non-toxic gold extraction was determined,through which comprehensive recovery rate of gold reached 91. 55%,increased by10. 05% compared with the original production recovery rate.
