摘要
在探讨混合型铁矿等比磁化系数基础上,以comsol仿真分析了开放磁路磁场力Hgrad H模型,为提高磁场力实现混合铁矿分选,建立了开放磁路高梯度磁场,形成的感应磁场强度超过9.3×10~5A/m(1.17 T),磁场力Hgrad H达到1.2×10^(14)A^2/m^3。通过试验验证,可以实现对磁-镜混合铁矿实现分选。
On the basis of discussing equivalent susceptibility for blended iron ore,the Hgrad H model for open magnetic circuit is analyzed with comsol. In order to improve magnetic field force for blended iron ore separation,high gradient magnetic field in open magnetic circuit is built. Induced magnetic field intensity is higher than 9. 3 × 10^5 A/m and Hgrad H reaches 1. 2 × 10^14A^2/m^3. Through experimental verification,this high gradient magnetic field can separate blended iron ore of magnetite and specularite.
