摘要
根据文家坡选煤厂的原煤特性和产品结构,对选煤工艺、设备选型和工艺布置进行分析,并对设计特点和设计经验进行总结;结合筛分设备的发展状况和选煤厂运行效果,对当地动力煤选煤厂的方案设计提出建议,可为该地区同类型动力煤选煤厂的方案设计与系统优化提供参考和借鉴。
Following an analysis of Wenjiapo plant＇s coal washing processes,process equipment selected for use and process layout according to the property of raw coal treated and the structure of product produced,the characteristics of and the experience in the design of the plant are summarized. In light of the state-of-the-art of screening equipment and the operating performance of the plant,the scheme for the design of local power coal plant is proposed. The proposed design scheme may serve as a reference for the design and optimization of washing system of similar power coal preparation plants in the same area.
