摘要
目的优化临床输血流程信息系统,做到过程管理及质量监控。方法在医护信息系统中建立临床输血管理模块,通过数据流技术,确定输血流程中的关键环节及其质量控制点,实现临床输血的闭环管理及实时监控,规避临床用血风险。结果通过数据流技术的应用,优化了输血流程,减少了人为因素造成的输血错误,输血项目执行规范率从95%~99%提高至99%~100%,交叉配血前与输血前"两人核对"符合率、血制品质量符合率均达到了100%,输血不良反应发生率下降了0.02%。结论基于数据流技术的输血流程信息系统更好地适应了医疗信息化管理与发展要求,使临床用血准确、安全、高效,对规范输血流程和保障输血安全具有重要意义。
Objective To accomplish process management and quality control by optimizing the clinical blood transfusion process information system. Methods Clinical blood transfusion management module was established in the medical information system. The key links and their quality control points in the process of blood transfusion were determined through data flow technique. And closed-loop management and real-time monitoring of clinical blood transfusion were realized to avoid the risks of clinical blood use. Results The application of data flow technique optimized the transfusion process and reduced the transfusion errors caused by human factors. The standardized implementation rate of transfusion was increased from 95%-99% to 99%- 100%. The coincidence rate of "two-person check" before cross-matching and transfusion of blood and the quality of blood products achieved 100%. The incidence of adverse reactions of blood transfusion was decreased by 0. 02%. Conclusion Blood transfusion process information system based on data flow technique is better to fit the medical information management and meet the development requirements, which could make clinical blood use accurate, safe and effective. It is of great significance in regulation of blood transfusion process and ensuring of blood transfusion safety.
