摘要 针对目前的球化剂投入装置效率低、计量不准确和操作危险等问题,设计了一种球化剂自动计量投入装置。它由球化包、球化剂计量装置、压实气缸、覆盖剂计量装置组成,球化剂计量装置由储存罐和智能计量系统组成。本装置采用PLC控制,可以自动计量、投入和压实球化剂与覆盖剂,整个过程自动化、智能化,可实现远程控制,无需人工靠近操作,安全性高,更精确,具有很大的推广价值。 In view of low efficiency, inaccurate measurement and operation risk and other issues of the input device of nodulizer, an automatic metering'input device of nodulizer was designed. It is composed of spheroidizing treatment tundish, nodulizer metering device, compact cylinder, covering agent metering device, and the nodulizer metering device is composed of a storage tank and an intelligent metering system. The device adopts PLC control, and it can realize automatic metering, plunge compaction of nodulizer and covering agents. The whole process is automatic and intelligent, and it can be remotely controlled, and doesn't need to operate manually, and it is safer, more accurate and has great popularization value.
