摘要 含P高强Ti-IF钢表面伴有氧化色的条纹状缺陷影响产品美观。本文从宏观和微观方面对缺陷进行了系统分析,研究了不同卷取和退火温度对最终冷轧成品表面质量的影响。结果表明,卷取温度对含P高强Ti-IF钢表面质量影响显著。高温卷取时,不同的退火温度钢板表面均在微观上有破碎粗糙的条纹状缺陷。该缺陷的产生与该卷取温度下表层组织粗大及铁皮状态不良有关,它们在冷轧时易造成表层与心部变形不协调。退火温度对表面质量的影响主要是不同温度下氧化色的程度不同。采用低温卷取和适中退火温度能获得表面光亮的退火板。 The stripe defects and oxide color on the surface of high strength Ti-IF steel containing P affects the product appearance. Defects were systematically analyzed from the macro and micro aspects. The effects of coiling temperature and annealing temperature on the surface quality of final cold rolled products were investigated. The results show that the coiling temperature has a significant influence on the surface quality the of high strength Ti-IF steel containing P. Coiling at high temperature, the surface of the steel plate annealed at different temperatures has rough and broken stripe defects in micro. The defect is related to the coarse surface layer microstructure and poor iron sheet state at the coiling temperature. They are easy to cause incompatible deformation of the surface and core in cold rolling. The influence of annealing temperature on the surface quality is mainly that the degree of oxidation color is different at different temperatures. The annealed sheet with bright surface can be obtained by coiling at low temperature and moderate annealing temperature.
