摘要
目的筛选小儿腹泻凝胶膏剂的最佳制备工艺。方法采用单因素考察和正交试验,以初黏力和综合感官评分为考察指标,进行直观分析和方差分析,优选出小儿腹泻凝胶膏剂的最佳制备工艺。结果最佳处方为聚丙烯酸钠3 g、明胶4 g、羧甲基纤维素钠1 g、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮8 g、Al Cl3 0.5 g、柠檬酸0.8 g、微粉硅胶2 g、甘油12.6 g、挥发油1 ml、稠膏36 g。结论最佳工艺制备的小儿腹泻凝胶膏综合感官评分良好,黏贴性能较高,制备工艺稳定可行。
Objective To optimize preparation technology of infantile diarrhea gel ointments. Methods The initial bonding strength and comprehensive sensory score which are taken as evaluation indicators of the best preparation technology. The optimal preparation process is analyzed by visual analysis and variance analysis with single factor and orthogonal experiment. Results The optimal prescription is 3 g sodium polyacrylate, 4 g gelatin, 1 g sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 8 g polyvinylpyrrolidone, 0.5 g aluminum trichloride, 0.8 g citric acid, 2 g silica gel, 12.6 g glycerol, 1 ml volatile oil and 36 g thick paste. Conclusion The optimal preparation technology of infantile diarrhea gel ointments is stable and feasible, which has a better comprehensive sensory score and higher adhesive performance.
