摘要
目的分析探讨内固定术和人工髋关节置换术对老年髋部骨折的临床治疗效果。方法将2015年12月—2016年12月重庆市云阳县中医院收治的112例髋部骨折的老年患者作为研究对象,随机分56例患者为接受内固定术的对照组,以及余下56例为接受人工髋关节置换术的观察组,分析比较两组患者的临床治疗状况。结果治疗后,观察组患者的髋关节功能优良率为94.62%(53/56),显著高于对照组患者的78.57%(44/56),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的手术时间、术中出血量分别为(80.4±15.7)min、(329.6±51.2)mL,均显著少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率为7.14%(4/56),显著少于对照组的23.21%(13/56),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工髋关节置换术对老年髋部骨折的治疗效果较好,可有效提高髋关节功能,减少手术时间和术中出血量,且并发症较少,具有临床推广价值。
Objective This paper tries to analyze the clinical effects of internal fixation and artificial hip arthroplasty in the treatment of elderly hip fracture. Methods A total of 112 elderly patients with hip fracture who were admitted to Yunyang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into control group(56 cases) and internal fixation group(56 cases). In the observation group undergoing artificial hip arthroplasty, the clinical treatment of the two groups was analyzed and compared. Results After treatment, the excellent and good rate of hip joint function in the observation group was 94.62%(53/56), which was significantly higher than that in the control group(78.57%, 44/56), and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05) The operation time and intraoperative blood loss were(80.4±15.7)min and(329.6±51.2)mL, respectively, which were significantly lower than those in the control group(P〈0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.14%(4/56), which was significantly lower than that of the control group(23.21%, 13/56). The difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Hip arthroplasty is effective in treating hip fracture in the elderly, which can effectively improve the function of the hip joint, reduce the operation time and intraoperative blood loss which has fewer complications. It has clinical value of popularization.
