摘要
目的对腹腔镜结合电子胃镜微创手术治疗十二指肠球部溃疡穿孔临床效果及价值进行讨论分析,为十二指肠球部溃疡穿孔患者的临床治疗工作提供一定的参考。方法该次研究中,选择2014年8月—2016年9月期间在该院就诊的十二指肠球部溃疡穿孔患者200例,随机分组,每组患者100例,其中对照组患者采取传统的开腹手术进行治疗,研究组接受腹腔镜结合电子胃镜微创手术进行治疗,对比两组治疗的效果。结果研究数据显示,研究组患者手术时间(60.36±4.02)min、手术出血量(18.21±3.56)m L、术后镇痛药的使用情况(3.36±0.51)次以及住院时间(5.35±1.95)d,均明显低于对照组患者手术时间(85.36±3.56)min、手术出血量(51.68±5.21)m L、术后镇痛药的使用情况(9.25±2.59)次以及住院时间(9.62±2.06)d,且研究组患者的临床有效率(99.00%)与对照组有效率(70.00%)相比,明显更高(χ~2=4.554 8,P<0.05)。结论在对十二指肠球部溃疡穿孔患者进行治疗的过程中,对患者采取腹腔镜结合电子胃镜微创手术法进行治疗,与常规开腹手术相比,其对患者的手术治疗效果较好,且手术过程中患者身体受到的损伤较小,术后患者的恢复速度也较快,具有较高的临床研究价值。
Objective To discuss and analyze the clinical effect and value of laparoscope combined with minimally invasive surgery of electronic gastroscope in treatment of perforation of duodenal ulcer thus providing a certain reference for the clinical treatment work. Methods 200 cases of patients with perforation of duodenal ulcer diagnosed in our hospital from August 2014 to September 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each,the control group were treated with the traditional laparotomy, while the research group were treated with laparoscope combined with minimally invasive surgery of electronic gastroscope, and the treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Results The research data showed that the operation time, intraoperative bleeding amount, usage of postoperative analgesic drugs and length of stay in the research group were obviously lower than those in the control group,[(60.36 ±4.02)min,(18.21 ±3.56)m L,(3.36 ±0.51)times,(5.35 ±1.95)d vs(85.36 ±3.56)min,(51.68 ±5.21)m L,(9.25 ±2.59)times,(9.62±2.06)d],and the clinical effective rate in the research group was obviously higher than that in the control group(99.00% vs 70.00%),and the difference was bigger(χ2=4.554 8,P〈0.05). Conclusion The effect of laparoscope combined with minimally invasive surgery of electronic gastroscope in treatment of perforation of duodenal ulcer is better than that of routine laparotomy, and the injury to the patients is smaller, and the recovery rate of patients after surgery is faster, and it is of higher clinical research value.
