摘要
目的分析急性重症脑外伤患者实施系统护理对术后神经功能缺损及日常生活能力的影响。方法抽取80例我院2016年4月至2017年4月收治的急性重症脑外伤患者,随机将其分为对照组和干预组,各40例。对照组患者给予常规护理,干预组患者给予系统护理,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果术后干预组的神经功能缺损评分和并发症总发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05);但干预组的日常生活能力和护理满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论为急性重症脑外伤患者实施系统护理,对降低术后神经功能缺损、提高日常生活能力具有重要作用,同时还可降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of systematic nursing on postoperative neurological deficit and daily living ability in patients with acute severe traumatic brain injury. Methods A total of 80 patients with acute traumatic brain injury admitted in our hospital from April 2016 to April 2017 were randomly divided into control group and intervention group,with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the intervention group was treated with sys-tematic nursing. The nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative neurological deficit scores and the total incidence of complications in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group（P0.05）,and the daily living ability and nursing satisfaction rate were higher than those in the control group（P0.05）. Conclusion Systemic nursing in patients with acute severe traumatic brain injury plays an important role in reducing postoperative neu-rological deficit and improving daily living ability. At the same time, it can reduce the incidence of complications and im-prove nursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
