Objective To analyze the clinical significance of plasma NT-pro BNP level and β2-microglobulin of patients with chronic heart failure and research the correlation with the early renal injury. Methods 90 cases of patients with heart failure diagnosed in our hospital from February 2016 to July 2017 were selected and divided into three groups according to the cardiac function classification, including 33 cases in the group A(cardiac function level Ii), 31 cases in the group B(cardiac function level III) and 26 cases in the group C(cardiac function level IV), and the NTpro BNP, β2-MG, BUN, Cr of all patients were tested in our hospital and statistically analyzed. Results The differences in the NT—pro BNP [(3 008.11 ±325.86)(4 497.48 ±686.52)(5 827.39 ±658.26)μg/L, β2-MG value(3.86 ±1.09)mg/L,(4.49 ±0.85)mg/L,(8.01 ±0.70)mg/L] between groups were statistically significant(P〈0.01), and the differences in the BUN value and Cr value between groups were not obvious(F=0.972, 0.879, P〉0.05). Conclusion The plasma NT-pro BNP level and β2-microglobulin of patients with chronic heart failure is very important, and the plasma NT-pro BNP can effectively evaluate the cardiac function, with the serious of the heart failure, the early renal injury is more serious.
