摘要
目的总结优质护理服务在精神科护理管理工作中的应用价值。方法选择该院2016年1月—2017年12月收治的70例患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,各35例。对照组35例精神科患者接受常规护理,观察组35例精神科患者接受优质护理服务。对比两组精神科患者护理风险事件发生率、护理满意度以及基础护理、病房护理、护理安全质量评分。结果组间护理质量评分,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。组间护理满意度对比,观察组97.15%明显高于对照组80.00%(χ~2=5.080 6,P=0.024 1)。组间护理风险事件发生率对比,观察组2.85%明显低于对照组22.85%(χ~2=6.247 7,P=0.012 4)。结论精神科护理工作中优质护理服务的实施是提高护理质量、患者满意度、保证患者安全的关键,具有推行价值。
Objective To summarize the application value of excellent nursing service in the nursing management in the department of pediatrics. Methods 70 cases of patients in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 35 cases in each, the control group received the routine nursing,while the observation group received the excellent nursing services, and the incidence rate of nursing risk, nursing satisfactory degree, basic nursing, ward nursing and nursing safety quality score were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing quality score in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the nursing satisfactory degree in the observation group was obviously higher than that in the control group,（97.15% vs 80.00%）（χ^2=5.080 6, P =0.024 1）, and the incidence rate of nursing risk events in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group（2.85% vs 22.85%）（χ^2=6.247 7, P=0.012 4）. Conclusion The implementation of excellent nursing service in the nursing work in the department of pediatrics can improve the nursing quality and satisfactory degree of patients and it is the key to ensure the safety of patients with promotion value.
