摘要
以甲级丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)为接枝单体,苯乙烯(St)为接枝共单体,过氧化二乙丙苯(DCP)为引发剂,通过单螺杆挤出机熔融接枝法制备了接枝丁苯橡胶[SBR-g-(GMA-co-St)]。利用傅里叶红外光谱、热重分析仪、动态粘弹谱仪等对接枝物的结构、动态力学性能等进行了分析和表征。结果表明,GMA和St已接枝到SBR分子链上,接枝硫化胶的热稳定性、常温阻尼性能,耐溶剂性能均得到了显著提升。
SBR-g-(GMA-co-St) was prepared by using melt grafting way in a single-screw extruder with glycidyl mechacrylate(GMA) as a grafting monomer,styrene(St) as a grafting co-monomer and dicumyl peroxide(DCP) as a radical initiator. The structure and properties of the SBR-g-(GMA-co-St) were characterized by using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,thermal gravimetric analysis,TG and dynamic viscoelastic spectroscopy. The results showed that GMA and St were grafted onto the SBR molecular chain. The Tgof SBR rose after grafting,heat-resistence and solvent resistance ability of SBR-g-(GMA-co-St) were better than ungrafting SBR.
