摘要
以水杨酸为络合剂,在水热条件下,通过调变反应体系的pH值实现了单分散CeO_2纳米晶的合成.粉末X射线(XRD),投射电镜(TEM)和傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)被用于表征CeO_2纳米晶和反应前驱物.研究结果表明提高反应体系的pH值可以明显降低纳米CeO_2的团聚程度;当pH值达到13,单分散的CeO_2纳米晶可以形成.调变反应体系pH值可调控产物的分散程度主要是源于其对反应过程中Ce^(3+)和水杨酸配位形式的影响.
Controllable synthesis of monodisperse CeO2 nanocrystallines was achieved by using salicylic acid as complexants and varying pH in a facile hydrothermal process. XRD,TEM and FT-IR spectrum were used to characterize CeO2 and its precursor. The study showed that the agglomeration of CeO2 nanocrystallines could be reduced significantly with the increase of pH,and monodisperse CeO2 nanocrystallines could form with pH reaching up to 13,which is mainly attributed to the influence of the pH on the coordination form between Ce^3+ and salicylic acid.
