摘要
通过测定阴-非离子表面活性剂的泡沫、润湿和乳化性能,以及与阳离子表面活性剂十二烷基三甲基氯化铵(DTAC)的配伍性,研究了离子头基(—SO_3Na、—SO_4Na和—COONa,对应的表面活性剂缩写为C_(1214)E_3SO、C_(1214)E_3S和C_(1214)E_3C)对表面活性剂性能的影响。结果表明:复配体系稳定性、复配体系与十二烷之间的界面张力大小顺序为C_(1214)E_3C/DTAC>C_(1214)E_3SO/DTAC>C_(1214)E_3S/DTAC;C_(1214)E_3C的起泡能力明显高于C_(1214)E_3SO和C_(1214)E_3S;C_(1214)E_3C和C_(1214)E_3S的润湿时间短于C_(1214)E_3SO;乳化力大小顺序为C_(1214)E_3SO>C_(1214)E_3S>C_(1214)E_3C。
By measuring the foam, wetting and emulsifying properties and the compatibility with cationic surfactant dodecyltrimethylammoninm chloride(DTAC) of anionic-nonionic surfactants, the effect of ionic head group(—SO3Na, —SO4Na and —COONa, the corresponding surfactant abbreviated was C1214E3SO, C1214E3S and C1214E3C) on the properties was analyzed. It was found that the order of the stability of formulation system and interfacial tension between formulation system and DTAC was: C1214E3C/DTAC〉C1214E3SO/DTAC〉C1214E3S/DTAC.The foaming ability of C1214E3C was significantly higher than that of C1214E3SO and C1214E3S. The wetting ability of C1214E3C and C1214E3S was shorter than that of C1214E3SO. And the order of the emulsification was C1214E3SO〉C1214E3S〉C1214E3C.
