摘要 目前煤层气的地面开采应运而生,其优点是布置灵活,使用周期长及生产效率高。重点介绍一种基于S7-200 PLC的煤层气车载钻机电控系统,给出了主控PLC的硬件配置及整个系统软件的控制流程图。试验结果表明,该系统性能稳定可靠,故障率低,有较强的抗干扰能力和现场适应能力。 At present,the surface mining of coal seam gas began to appear,with the advantages of flexible layout,long use cycle and high production efficiency,focused on the electric control system of coal bed gas drilling rig based on PLC S7-200,the hardware configuration of the main control PLC and the flow chart of the whole system software were given. The test results showed that the system was stable and reliable,with low failure rate,strong anti-interference ability and field adaptability.
