摘要
通过TC21钛合金车削正交实验,测量表面粗糙度,基于响应曲面原理建立表面粗糙度预测模型,并以最大材料去除率为优化目标,采用遗传算法对不同表面粗糙度下的TC21钛合金高速车削参数进行优化,以期对生产实践起到一定的指导作用。
The surface roughness was measured by orthogonal test of TC21 titanium alloy,and the surface roughness prediction model was established based on response surface theory. With the maximum material removal rate as the optimization target,the high speed turning parameters of TC21 titanium alloy with certain surface roughness were optimized by using genetic algorithm and the production process was optimized,with a view to play a guiding role in production practice.
